Quodoushka workshops (also known as “Q workshops”) are spiritual sexual education workshops designed to explore the phenomenal potential of the human body in relationship to sensuality and spiritual sexuality. Spiritual sexuality is how we as humans connect with the the life force energy of everything, how we learn to cultivate our own life force energy and align with the creative energies of the universe.
We are each so much more than just a physical body. Through teachings, exercises, and ceremony, participants have the opportunity to work with the many layers of our human selves. They have the opportunity to improve their acquaintance with Chuluaqui Quodoushka energy, to increase their capacity to use this energy as a catalyst to increase their health, vitality, resiliency.
Through deepening our understanding of sensuality and pleasure,
and developing our healthy, joyful expression of our sexuality,
we increase our spiritual sexual connection and our life force energy.
Thus, we learn to use the natural power of our passion and desire to create our lives.
Since 1985, hundreds of Quodoushka Spiritual Sexuality workshops have been offered, with thousands of participants worldwide, bringing an expanded view of sexuality and a healthy integration of spirituality and sexuality into everyday life.
What can I gain from participating in a Quoduoshka ? Read more about Q’s on our Workshops page.
